We are a family-owned small business located in the USA. Our focus aligns with our commitment to offer the best products for the best value through technology and sustainability initiatives utilizing the most advanced resources and materials available combined with superior technical and process support. Established in 2014, Owner & CEO Steve Wiggins, ventured out on his own to build upon his business relationships in the dairy and packaging industry. With the business having grown exponentially by 2020, Steve brought his son, Grant Wiggins onboard to help continue to grow the business. In 2023, Steve brought on daughter, Brittany to ensure that we maintain superior customer service while our company continues to grow. We are excited to serve you!
Steve Wiggins, Owner/CEO
With a manufacturing operations background of almost 40 years with emphasis on the flexible packaging industry, Steve brings an unparalleled perspective - from equipment knowledge and designing new packaging to corporate level strategic planning. He incorporates this critical-thinking in his role with Hybrid and has the ability to offer a unique insight to our customers on their packaging needs and materials markets.
Grant Wiggins
Graduated with a BS in Biology from Kansas State University in 2015. Entered the food quality field out of college and worked in the food safety industry until 2021. With HACCP certification and experience with SQF and BRC food safety principles, Grant brings this knowledge and expertise to our dairy and other food customers to ensure we are always up-to-date on our quality systems. Since joining Hybrid, Grant has helped to diversify our portfolio and explore industries beyond dairy.
Brittany Witherspoon
While pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fresno, Brittany worked in a paper manufacturing plant in various capacities and quality control gaining industry specific experience. Brittany earned her BS from Fresno State in 2010 and entered the financial industry beginning a career in Human Resources. After experiencing several bank mergers, Brittany decided to join forces with her father and brother at Hybrid Packaging to help expand the family business. Brittany’s unique skillset combines business knowledge, manufacturing experience and over 10 years in HR to effectively build lasting customer relationships. Brittany looks forward to the opportunity to serve Hybrid Packaging's customers!
